| Job Duties: | Prepare, examine, and analyze accounting records, financial statements, and other financial reports to assess accuracy, completeness, and conformance to reporting compute taxes owed and prepare tax returns, ensuring compliance with payment, reporting and other tax requirements and procedural standards. Report to management regarding the finances of establishment. Develop, maintain, and analyze budgets, preparing periodic reports that compare budgeted costs to actual costs. Develop, implement, modify and document recordkeeping and account systems, making use of current computer technology. Prepare forms and manuals for accounting and bookkeeping work activities. Prepares a full range of financial reports, including specialized or non-standard reports. May serve as lead worker and/or supervise lower level staff. Preparation of budgets, forecasts and cash flows. Timely production of internal financial reports. Cash management and treasury duties. Monthly management reporting and analysis. Prepares checks and other forms of payment and ensures that funds are available to support disbursements. Verified if purchases of goods and services are authorized, valid and are properly documented. Records and summarizes all financial transactions in a timely, standardized and consistent manner and reconciles subsidiary and general ledger balances. Performs other related duties that may be assigned from time to time. Preparation and Analysis of Monthly and Year end accounts schedule. |

| Qualification Requirements: | Bachelor/Associate Degree in Accountancy or related business degree is required. Must have a minimum of two years work experience in the same position and a strong background in administrative services. Computer literate with specialized knowledge in spreadsheets and accounting software (PeachTree, QuickBooks). Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Publisher, Adobe, Powerpoint, etc. applications a must. Knowledgeable in CNMI/Federal tax, preparation of tax returns, budget forecast, business and financial reports, billing and collections, payroll and budgeting duties. Able to adhere to supervision. With excellent customer service, communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to compose professional correspondences. Must be honest, dependable and trustworthy, can work diligently and independently with least supervision. Applicant must be hardworking, able to multi task and work even under pressure. Must be able to maintain cooperative attitude under stressful circumstances. Applicant must be willing to work flexible time. |
