| Job Duties: | Confer with management to develop methods and procedures to increase sales, expand markets, and promote business. Listen to and resolve customer complaints regarding sales, services and products. Handle various guest concerns, compliments, and suggestions in a friendly, courteous, and professional manner. Assist guests by answering questions and providing product information. Monitor customer preferences to determine focus of sales efforts. Identify, develop, or evaluate marketing strategy, based on knowledge of establishment objectives, market characteristics, and cost and markup factors. Formulate, direct, or coordinate marketing activities or policies to promote products or services. Compile lists describing product or service offerings. Recommend modifications to products, production processes, or other characteristics to improve the environmental soundness or sustainability of products. Provide exceptional service to our customers. Provide customer engagement in positive and approachable manner. Know about current sales and promotions. Keep a clean and organized work area. May help stock shelves or racks, mark price tags, take inventory, and prepare displays. Prepare sales and inventory reports for management. Perform other related duties as required or assigned. |

| Qualification Requirements: | Require a four-year bachelor's degree. At least one (1) to two (2) years of related experience in sales and marketing. Sales and marketing experience a plus. Proficiency in the use of computers for Word processing, Simple accounting, Data base management, Spreadsheets, E-mail, Internet, and Adobe software such as Photoshop, Illustrator and After Effects.. Must be professional in appearance and attitude. Understand ethical behavior and business practices, and ensure that own behavior and the behavior of others is consistent with these standards and aligns with the values of the organization. Must have a reliable vehicle with a valid license. •Knowledge: Knowledge of principles and methods for showing, promoting, and selling products or services. This includes marketing strategy and tactics, product demonstration, sales techniques, and sales control systems. Knowledge of principles and processes for providing customer and personal services. This includes customer needs assessment, meeting quality standards for services, and evaluation of customer satisfaction. •SKILLS: Basic math skills. Excellent written & verbal communication skills and must be able to interact positively with others to work out problems and resolve conflicts. Must promote and support a team work environment. Must have a strong work ethic and willing to go over and above the call of duty to serve your clients. Demonstrate strong customer service and interpersonal skills. Demonstrate effective salesmanship techniques work environment and other duties. Must have extreme attention to detail. •ABILITIES: Able to consistently make an enthusiastic, respectful, personable and positive impression. Self-motivated and disciplined. Able to maintain dependable work attendance and flexibility with assigned work schedules including any required days, evenings, weekends and holidays. Willing to work when required in a shifting schedule. Must be early at work (being right on time or late doesn’t work in this business). Take proactive steps to ensure guest satisfaction. Demonstrate ability to provide a high standard of professionalism and strong customer service skills. Attention to detail and ability to multi-task. Able to perform work duties inside or outside in varying weather conditions prevalent at the time. Must be able to critically process situations and react quickly while using good judgment.
