Job Duties: Prepare, season and cook dishes as ordered by customers; Inspect and clean food preparation areas, such as equipment and work surfaces, or serving areas to ensure safe and sanitary food-handling practices; Ensure food is stored and cooked at correct temperature by regulating temperature of oven, broilers, grills and roasters; Turn or stir food to ensure even cooking; Season and cook food according to recipes or personal judgment and experience; Weigh, measure and mix ingredients according to recipes or personal judgment, using various kitchen utensils and equipment; Portion, arrange, and garnish food, and serve food; Observe and test foods to determine if they have been cooked sufficiently, using methods such as tasting, smelling or piercing them with utensils; Wash, peel, cut and seed fruits and vegetables to prepare them for consumption; Do other related duties assigned from time to time.

Qualification Requirements: High school graduate or GED; Must have work experience of two or more years in commercial restaurant, with knowledge in preparation of mediterranean dishes; Well-round in kitchen functions and food preparation; Knowledgeable in production and processing, quality control, and inventory of kitchen supplies; Flexible work hours; Should have valid driver's license.
