Job Title: Baker
Job Duties: Mix and bake ingredients to produce breads, rolls, cookies, cakes, pies, pastries or other baked goods; Observe color of products being baked and adjust oven temperature, humidity or conveyor speeds accordingly; Set oven temperature and place items into hot oven for baking; Combine measured ingredients in bowl of mixing, blending or cooking machinery; Measure or weigh flour or other ingredients to prepare batters, doughs, fillings or icings, using scale or graduated containers; Roll, knead, cut or shape dough to form sweet rolls, pies, crusts, tarts, cookies or other products; Place dough in pans, molds, or on sheets and bake in production ovens or grills; Check the quality of raw materials to ensure that standards and specifications are met; Adapt the quantity of ingredients to match the amount of items to be baked; Apply glazes, icings or other toppings to baked goods; Check equipment to ensure it meets health and safety regulations; Maintain and clean the baking area, counters, cabinets, as part of daily tasks; Do other related duties from time to time.

Qualification Requirements: Must be a high school graduate; Must have two or more years of work experience in commercial bakery, with expertise in baking mediterranean bread, pastries, and delicacies; Well-round in baking; Knowledgeable in mediterranean preparation and food service; Must be willing to work on a flexible time; Reliable, Dependable; Should have valid driver's license; Flexible in kitchen duties.
