| Job Duties: | 1. Convert concepts in the source language to equivalent concepts into Mandarin or English language and vice versa. 2. Compile information, such as technical terms used in theological and legal settings, into glossaries and terminology databases to be used in translations. 3. Speak, read, and write fluently in Mandarin and English. Knowledge in Korean or other languages is a plus. 4. Relay the style and tone of the original language. 5. Manage work schedules to meet deadlines. 6. Render spoken messages accurately, quickly, and clearly. 7. The goal of a translator is to have people read the translation as if it were the original. 8. Translate documents and verbal communications. 9. Do assigned tasks as necessary in the ministry. |

Must be willing to submit and participate in all the ministry's activities. |
