| Job Duties: | Supervise food service activities, take charge of accepting restaurant reservations & orders; estimates beverage costs & requisitions or purchase supplies confers with food preparations. Supervise personnel to plan menus and related activities of dining room and reservation operations. Inspect dining areas, reservation rooms, outside grounds for cleanliness in appearance. Responsible for the supervision of staff in the dining room with such tasks as table setting, guest sitting, menu preparations, order taking, guest serving,restaurant arrangement, materials and supplies preparations. Ensure any customers issues are addressed immediately and resolved in a manner which exceeds the customer’s expectations. Also need to have basic Japanese oral skills, must have extensive knowledge of Japanese food products and be able to make orders & preparations. |
