High school diploma required, college degree preferred Trade/vocational training One year or more of on the job experience in maintenance with experience in a multi-unit environment preferred Ability to perform under pressure Strong professional communication skills Self- motivated and able to work alone with minimal supervision Qualify to operate a company vehicle based on a motor vehicle record check and company policy Mechanical aptitude and experience maintenance support tools Experience with Standard Operating Procedures (SOP s) Ability to read small print Ability to perform basic math calculations (add, subtract, multiply, divide) Ability to follow written and verbal instructions Ability to lift up to 50 pounds Ability to stand for long periods of time Ability to pass a criminal background check and a drug screen, including marijuana should it be necessary.
