| Job Duties: | Prospective candidate to this position will be responsible with the maintenance and management of junior kitchen staffers, maintenance and order of the kitchen facilities, perform administrative duties such as preparing budgets and ordering supplies for pastry making, supervise and educate apprentices in programs relevant to their trade. Candidate will also entail duties as to supervising and coordinating activities of cooks engaged in the preparation of desserts, pastries, confections and ice cream, plans production for pastry department according to menu or special requirements, supplies recipes and suggests methods and procedures to pastry workers, fashions table and pastry decoration such as statuaries and ornaments from sugar paste and icing using ice cream bag, spatula and various decorating tools, requisitions supplies and equipments, maintenance of production records and other related duties as may be prescribed. |

| Qualification Requirements: | Prospective candidate must have earned at the minimal a high school diploma or GED. While most restaurants would either require a college degree in Applied Science Culinary Arts, prospective candidates application will be weighed in equal footing with number of years in experience and resume submission. Job Training Employees in these occupations usually need one or two years of training involving both on-the-job experience and informal training with experienced workers. A recognized apprenticeship program may be associated with these occupations. These occupations usually involve using communication and organizational skills to coordinate, supervise, manage, or train others to accomplish goals. |
