| Job Duties: | Duties: Supervises techZone technicians in programming and activation of cellular phones and devices, headsets and accessories utilizing knowledge of their features and understanding of all applications/protocols required for cell phones, headsets and accessories. Supervises techZone technicians in performing repairs and upgrades of cellular phones and devices, headsets and accessories, including disassembling, repairing replacing parts, reassembling units and testing repaired cellular phones and devices, headsets and accessories, and upgrades of operating systems for cellular phones and devices operating systems. Performs programming, activation, repairs and upgrades for cellular phones and devices, headsets and accessories. Determines work schedules and assignments for techZone technicians. Ensures customer issues are resolved in a timely manner. Assists techZone Managers in overseeing all aspects of techZone operations. Conducts and/or coordinates training for new and existing techZone technicians. Tracks and monitors inventory and prepares inventory reports. Prepares daily, weekly and monthly service reports. Utilizes Microsoft Excel software, MindBill Resource Manager software and other tools in performing job duties. |
