| Job Duties: | Performs any combination of following duties to provide customer service in SWR Gift Shop. Aids customers in locating merchandise. Answers questions from and provides information to customer about merchandise for sale. Obtains merchandise from stockroom when merchandise is not on floor. Arranges stock on shelves or racks in sales area. Directs or escorts customer to fitting or dressing rooms or to cashier. Keeps merchandise i order. Marks or tickets merchandise. Inventories stock. Receive payment by cash, check, credit cards, vouchers, or automatic debits. Issue receipts, refunds, credits, or change due to customers. Count money in cash drawers at the beginning of shifts to ensure that amounts are correct and that there is adequate change. Greet customers entering establishments. Maintain clean and orderly checkout areas. Establish or identify prices of goods, services or admission, and tabulate bills using calculators, cash registers, or optical price scanners. Resolve customer complaints. Answer customer's questions, and provide information on procedures or policies. Cash checks for customers. Perform other related duties as assigned. |

The position requires examination and clearances for Food Handlers certificate before hire. Food Handlers certificate must be valid at all time during employment. |
