| Job Duties: | • Oversee the supervision of Transportation Department, which includes work allocation, training, and problem resolution • Interact with department and company team members, management, and contractors professionally and positively • Interact with guests and internal staff from Asian and international countries • Assist in the hiring process and new employee training • Ensure Team Members deliver high standards of quality, service and guest satisfaction • Ensure employees are in compliance with Department and Company policies • Develop and maintain departmental policies and procedures • Evaluate performance and make recommendations for personnel actions • Motivate employees to achieve peak productivity and performance • Respond to special requests, as well as guest complaints and inquiries in a calm, prompt, courteous manner • Facilitate the flow of information, by organizing and presiding over regularly scheduled departmental • Collaborate with other departments on special events and/or promotions • Adhere to all Company policies and procedures • Perform other related duties as assigned |

| Qualification Requirements: | • High School diploma or equivalent working experience • At least four (4) years’ experience in Tour Operations / Transportation or related area. • Preferred Ability to communicate in English and Chinese to deal with guests and internal staff from Asian and International countries, knowledge of Cantonese is an advantage. • Ability to operate Microsoft Windows & Office software and Transportation System • Customer service oriented, excellent communicator and good interpersonal skills. • Excellent planning, organizational and execution skills • Good leadership skills and staff motivation • Team player who responds quickly to demands and thrives in a high pressure work environment. • Able to work on shifts and be flexible regarding work schedules according to business demands. • Must be able to multi-task. |
