| Job Duties: | Perform general maintenance to keep the building and its facility clean and free from hazards; Well-round in routine maintenance like maintaining the water system and ensure that building system operate efficiently; Perform heavy cleaning duties like removal of rubbles, debris and other waste materials within the office facility and transport to designated disposal area to eliminate possible hazards; Secure chemicals and solutions in proper storage and dispose used chemicals properly; Operate power tools and equipment to perform duties and secure/organized in the storage; Monitor building security and conduct safety checks; Do other related duties assigned from time to time. |
