| Job Duties: | Duties: Manages and directs the company’s overall wholesale operations of company engaged in sales of food items and general merchandise. Works in conjunction with company’s corporate officers in planning, formulating, and implementing periodic modifications to the company’s annual financial goals, business objectives, marketing strategies, and merchandising policies in order to continue to maintain the company’s market share and further expand the company’s operations into new market areas. Establishes and maintains customer relationships with existing clients and negotiates sales contracts with Korean speaking customers and major customers. Negotiates terms and conditions for procurement of merchandise from purchasing agent in Korea and makes necessary payment and arrangements for transportation of merchandise to Guam. Manages and oversees the day-to-day sales, business, and administrative functions of the company. Manages and directs the company’s marketing and sales activities, including implementation of the company’s sales policies and marketing strategies; monitoring overall sales activities and conformance with sales parameters; implementing and overseeing pro-active and corrective actions to continue to grow the sales of the company’s products, and overseeing contractual arrangements and import/export financing requirements. Reviews financial statements, sales reports and other performance data to measure productivity, goal achievement, identify deficiencies and implements corrective measures to ensure sales and profit targets are met while providing high-quality service to customers. Directs and oversees expansion into new product lines and market areas. Exercises discretionary authority over the company’s operations. Prepares report to the corporate officers on company’s sales, gross and net profit, operational efficiency, inventory and logistics, and makes recommendations for continuing to improving operational efficiency and financial outlook. Utilizes Microsoft Excel in performing job duties. Travels to MSA of Tinian, NMI and MSA of Rota, NMI every 3 to 4 months to assess and address any operational deficiencies with the company's wholesale operations. |

| Qualification Requirements: | Minimum Qualifications: High school diploma (may be foreign educational equivalent); three (3) years of experience as a General Manager (for Wholesaler or Retailer of food items and/or general merchandise), Operations Manager (for Wholesaler and/or Retailer of food items and/or general merchandise), or Sales and Operations Manager (for Wholesaler and/or Retailer of food items and/or general merchandise); six (6) months of experience using Microsoft Excel and ability to read, write and speak Korean sufficiently to negotiate contracts and communicate with Korean speaking customers and negotiate and communicate with purchasing agent for merchandise in Korea. |
