Job Duties: Basic duties and responsibilities shall include but not limited to the following: To take orders and serve food and beverages to patrons at tables in dining establishment. Write patron’s food orders on order slips, memorize orders, or enter into computers for transmittal to kitchen staff. Check patron’s identification to ensure that they meet minimum age requirements for consumption of alcoholic beverages. Present menus and answers questions about menu items, making recommendations upon request. Prepare hot, cold, and mixed drinks for patrons. Check with customers to ensure that they are enjoying their meals and take action to correct any problems. Prepare checks that itemize and total meal costs and sales taxes. Collect payments from customers. Perform other related duties as assigned by Management.

Qualification Requirements: With pleasing personality and can communicate well with Japanese and Korean customers preferably can speak basic Japanese and Korean languages. Must be able to work with flexible schedules on weekends, nights and holidays. Selected applicant Must have a valid food handler certificate, police clearance and related employment certifications.
