| Job Title: | PROJECT ANALYST |
| Job Duties: | Creating, managing and disbursing reports related to the project Maintaining project assets, communications, and related databases Evaluating and monitoring the overall project Reviewing and reporting the project’s budget and finances Routinely performing complete or component analysis Notifying the entire project team about abnormalities or variances Identify trends and errors by conducting earnings review of assigned projects. Prepare and review Prime and Sub consultant agreements and compensation clauses, salary rates and determine overhead charges. Guarantee cash management by working with clients on new contracts. Train and answer question related to organization’s executives standards. Handle correction under managers direction to assure timely and accurate reporting. Manage project financial such as invoice tracking, forecasting and project budget vs. Actual. Prepare project documents and status reports. Support managers phases such as planning, execution and result monitoring. Coordinate project activity and facilitate staff and matrix partners meetings. Develop and maintain policies relating to department operations. Offer technical assistance to associate and represent director in task Review project analysts’ work for accuracy and completeness. Lead initiatives and special assignments on departments behalf. Manage project aspects such as working plan guidance to project team and monitor quality assurance of project implementation. |
