Job Title: HR Specialist
Job Duties: Prepare and maintain hiring records of employees, salaries, benefits and other pertinent employment information; Interpret and explain human resources policies, procedures, laws, standards and regulations; Process hiring-related paperwork; Coordinate with the management on promotions, terminations, and/or transfer of employees; Set-up interviews, process, verify records, and maintain hiring-related documents; Process and monitor employee leave record, absences and implement rules and policies; Keep record of data of employees; Address employee relations issues, such as harassment allegations, work complaints, or other employee complaints; Implement company personnel policies, benefits and procedures; Coordinate human resources activities with employees, organize, prepare communications, dessiminate and coordinate events and activities; Answer inquiries and provide information relative to personnel information; Compose correspondence, takes and prepares minutes of meetings, prepares other reports as required; Do other related duties assigned from time to time.

Qualification Requirements: Must have a degree in business/office management and/or related course; Four or more years progressive training in human resource function; Proficient in verbal and written communication skill; Well-developed understanding and knowledgeable in the procedure consistent with all applicable laws and regulations on employment processing; Must have the ability to function in a professional, tactful, service-oriented manner; Proficient in computer operation; Must have valid driver's license.
