| Job Duties: | Provide marine sports (includes but not limited to Hobie Cat sailing, wind surfing, kayaking, snorkeling) instruction/guiding for international clients. Must have skills to maintain and repair devices/tools utilized in the marine sports activities mentioned above. Oversee all of the marine sports activities, entertain clients and ensure safety of clients. Review and analyze financial statements, sales and activity report to better productivity, determine areas of necessary cost reduction and program improvements. Manage employees, coordinate work schedules and assign specific duties for employees. Provide financial and budget recommendations for activities operation. Establish and implement departmental policies, goals, objectives, and procedures, conferring with board members, organization officials, and staff members as deems necessary. Determine staffing requirements, interview, hire and train new employees. Plan and direct sales, promotions for activities in coordinating with other department heads as required. Determine and organize goods and services to be sold, set prices and credit terms, based on forecasts of customer trend/demand and economic status of the CNMI and origin countries of clients. |
