| Job Duties: | Responsible for the marketing duties of the company which includes but not limited to, selling, promoting and coordinating activities with co-workers, retailers and clients, organize reservations and other related duties / responsibilities that the manager may assign. Expand product solutions and offerings. Prepare marketing strategies alongside other company executives and staff. Analyze market trends and recommend changes to marketing and business development strategies based on analysis and feedback. Prepare and adhere to budgets. Oversee creation and delivery of press releases, advertisements, and other marketing materials. Design print ads and publications. Gather and analyze customer insight. Nurture and enrich all external perceptions of the company and growth of market share. Engage consumers on social media. Deepen relationships with all retailers/media to ensure the most effective messaging and positioning of the organization. Drive overall CRM and direct marketing. Develop and lead a marketing team that will develop and execute new concepts, business models, channels and partners to position business as innovator and leader. |

| Qualification Requirements: | Must have 3years of working experience in Marketing for marine sports business. Preferably be able to Speak, Read, Write and understand Japanese and Korean and Chinese. Must be fluent in English. Must have the ability to represent the employer in a professional manner and provide presentation of the company’s business to business affiliates. Must possess basis computer skills including but not limited to Microsoft Excel / Word / Power Point / Website Construction / WWW SEO / email correspondences. Flexible and a definite Team Player. Must have a Valid CNMI Driver’s License and knows the Island very well. Must have the skill to handle request and complaint from clients/retailers verbally and in writing. Must have the ability to communicate with co-workers with professionalism and integrity. Must have driver’s license. Must be punctuate. Must not have criminal record. Must agree to random drug test. |
