| Job Duties: | Manages sales activities of the restaurant. Communicates with Korean tour groups and agents for restaurant promotions or new product introduction. Plan and implement sales & marketing promotions and set sales goals targeted at the Korean market. Negotiate agreements with Korean tour groups and develop new and existing customers. Responsible for maximizing restaurant revenues by developing programs to increase awareness to Korean and local markets. Communicates with internal departments for group functions. Collect feedbacks from tour agents or social media. Update company’s social media account. Plans monthly sales call and visits to tour agents. Handles and translates Korean customer orders and to coordinate with restaurant staff and kitchen personnel. |
