| Job Duties: | Perform daily “auditing tasks”, such as counting products to verify the correct inventory quantity. Ensures products are not damaged and document and report any damaged products or inventory discrepancies to immediate superior. File and retrieving reconciliation documents as well as other clerical or administrative duties. Handle physical receiving and issuing of goods, loading and unloading of goods, allocate merchandise from warehouse to store, set up and maintain the distribution requirements by store and corresponding assortment, manage and maintain a clear, accurate and organized database, manage distribution of discontinued and/or end of seasonal merchandise to effectively liquidate the inventory, perform daily cycle counting, prepare delivery orders. Perform other related duties and responsibilities as required or as needed. |

| Qualification Requirements: | High School Diploma or GED with at least six (6) months retail experience and at least three (3) months of prior receiving, stocking and inventory experience. Must be proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Excel, MS Word, Outlook, Power Point). Knowledge on the following equipment: POS terminal, photocopier/facsimile machine, and other items as necessary to accomplish assigned tasks. Must be able to lift at least 15 pound items and carry it for at least 100 yards, with or without using a trolley, and move up to 50 pound items using a trolley. Must be able to drive Company provided vehicles safely. Must be able to bend, kneel, crouch, or crawl in awkward positions. Must be able and willing to work shifts, evenings, holidays, and weekends. |
