| Job Duties: | Prepare and cook to order a variety of foods according to company standards. • Set up her/his working with all the needed enough ingredients/stock supply for the whole day operation. • Check and maintain the cleanliness and completeness of the kitchen tools and equipments. • Prepares the ingredients to use in cooking (chopping and peeling vegetables, cutting meat etc.) • Cook food in various utensils or grillers. Check food while cooking to stir or turn. Ensure the great presentation by dressing/garnishing the dishes before they are serve. • Practice FIFO and ensured all foods and other items are stored properly. Check the quality of ingredients before cooking and upon receiving deliveries. • Monitor stocks and inform the manager to place orders when there are shortages and running low in kitchen ingredients/supplies. • Perform standard opening and closing procedures on her/his working area by cleaning and sanitizing all kitchen tools and equipments. • Perform other duties assigned by the manager/general manager. |

| Qualification Requirements: | Need anywhere from a few months to a year work experience in food service as a cook. Must be flexible in schedule which includes early morning, afternoon and late evening/weekends/holidays. Interested applicants need to submit current copy of police clearance, 2 previous work certificate of employment and 2 previous work recommendations and must pass a basic employment test in math, writing, language and reading comprehension.
