| Job Duties: | Operate computers programmed with accounting software to record,store and analyze information. Check figures, postings and documents for correct entry,mathematical accuracy and proper codes. Classify,record and summarize numerical and financialdata to compile and keep financial records using journal and ledgers or computers. Debit, credit and total accounts on computer spreadsheets and databases,using specialized accounting software. Operate 10 –key calculators,typewriters,and copy machines to perform calculations and produce documents. Prepare cash and check deposits and coordinate deposit activities. Record and prepare daily & monthly sales report, compute and prepare sales tax,SS tax and monthly disbursement report of our overseas branches. Comply with federal,state and company policies, procedures and regulations. Code documents according to company procedures. Reconcile or note and report discrepancies found in records. Must be alert and detail oriented to recognize errors on transactions. Perform other accounting related duties assigned. |

| Qualification Requirements: | Must have a degree in accountancy or management. Knowledgeable in Microsoft Office, ACCPAC and other Accounting program is desirable. Preferably with two or more years accounting work experienced in retail or wholesale industry. Must have good communication skills, trustworthy, honest, efficient, dependable and be able to work under minimum supervision. |
