Job Title: Accounting Supervisor
Job Duties: The incumbent in this position will be responsible for supervising and monitoring accounting personnel. Under the direct supervision of the Office Manager, the incumbent will also be responsible for monitoring accounts receivables and payable. Supervise the work of accounting, administrative, or customer service employees to ensure adherence to quality standards, deadlines, and proper procedures, correcting errors or problems. Train, instruct and supervise employees in their job duties or company policies and evaluate employees’ job performance and conformance to regulations and recommend appropriate personnel action. Responsible for reviewing and monitoring records or reports pertaining to activities such as production, payroll or shipping to verify details, monitor work activities or evaluate performance. Responsible for reviewing and analyzing postings of all transactions of all accounting books such as G/L, A/R, A/P and inventory using ACCPAC accounting software and Microsoft Programs. Prepare, examine, or analyze accounting records, financial statements, or other financial reports to assess accuracy, completeness, and conformance to reporting and procedural standards. Responsible for analyzing and interpreting accounting data for financial preparations and IC recommendations. Analyze business operations, trends, costs, revenues, financial, commitments, and obligations, to project future revenues and expenses or to provide advice. Check figures, postings, and documents for correct entry, mathematical accuracy, and proper codes. Comply with federal, state, and company policies, procedures, and regulations. Compile statistical, financial, accounting or auditing reports and table pertaining to such matters as cash receipts, expenditures, accounts payable and receivable, and profits, losses. Reconcile or note and report discrepancies found in records. Performs other related duties as assigned.

Qualification Requirements: B.S in accounting graduate from an accredited college, with two or more years related work experience. Strong interpersonal and written communication skills. Must be able to communicate well with all levels of management. Strong analytical skills. Can work well under pressure and meet deadlines. Knowledge in ACCPAC software is desirable.
