| Job Duties: | This role is responsible for the Safe operations of IP&E owned and managed fuel terminal facilities in Saipan, supporting and reporting to the Terminal Operations Supervisor 1. Perform daily tank gauging to include product level, temperature and specific gravity measurements. 2. Conduct pipeline transfers and product bunkers from the source terminal to the receiving customer and or facility. Complete all documentation required for each pipeline transfer or bunker. 3. Conduct product receiving operations via pipeline from a third party facility or vessel discharge into the IP&E owned or managed facility receiving tanks. Complete all documentation required for each product receipt. 4. Complete the Spill Prevention Control and Countermeasure (SPCC) Plan checklists as per frequency indicated in the plan. Communicate any deficiencies to the Terminal Operations Supervisor. 5. Complete the Distribution Asset Management System (DAMS) Plan checklists as per frequency indicated in the plan. Communicate any deficiencies to the Terminal Operations Supervisor. 6. Participate in quarterly emergency drills and exercises as planned by the Terminal Operations Supervisor. 7. Participate in company HSSE activities including, but not limited to, trainings, internal audits and initiatives. 8. Maintain good housekeeping of the terminal facilities in accordance with industry best practices. 9. Perform minor maintenance work including, but not limited to, replacement of small items (such as pressure gauge, hoses, relief valves, etc), spot de-rusting and painting. 10. Maintain an on-call status at all times to function as an Emergency Responder to leaks, spills or other emergencies. 11. Perform other duties as required. |
