| Job Duties: | Review quality control procedure. Inspection test plan, method statement prior to implementation for on going inspection activities. Review the document required for the material inspection activities and with the project specification. Responsible to inspect on going activities for the installation of electrical and instrumentation system. Inspection for the installation of instrument to ensure proper orientation is in compliance as per details drawing issued. Knowledge in electronic circuit, troubleshooting and repair of electrical equipment. Conduct preventive maintenance check, the required voltage and amperes of electrical equipment, replace burn out circuit breaker, burn out carbon brass, burn out lighting system. Close monitoring of all electrical equipment and instrument, termination of power and control cables. Conduct regular inspections to identify faulty equipment, test new machinery before use or installation, keep records of maintenance. Do other duties as assigned. |
