| Job Duties: | Monitor building security and safety by performing such task as locking doors after operating hours and checking electrical appliances use to insure that hazards are not created. Must be able to perform regular repairs and maintenance, faucet change, plumbing, toilet tank repair, water pump, construct simple shelves and table.Put and remove typhoon shutter, landscaping and cutting grass. Clean and do minor repair of company car. Service clean or supply restrooms daily. Gather and empty trash. Clean building floors by sweeping, mopping, scrubbing, or vacuuming. Follow procedures for the use and mixing chemical cleaners and power equipment to prevent damage to floors and fixtures. Notify managers concerning the need for major repairs or additions to building operating systems. Requisitions of supplies or equipment needed for cleaning and maintenance duties. |

| Qualification Requirements: | Minimum of High School diploma plus a few months to 1 year recent experience doing custodial work or general maintenance work in commercial building or other commercial establishments. Must be able to perform minor to general building maintenance. Must be able to work flexible hours: 5:00 am to 7:00 am, 1:30 pm to 3:30 pm, 5:00 pm to 9:00 pm. Must be of excellent physical health to lift and use heavy cleaning equipment and furniture and fixtures. Applicant must be of good moral character, good work ethics, reliable, and stress tolerant. |
