| Job Duties: | Prepare or maintain employment records related to events, such as hiring, termination, leaves, transfers, or promotions, using human resources management system software. Interpret and explain human resources policies, procedures, laws, standards, or regulations. Hire employees and process hiring-related paperwork. Inform job applicants of details such as duties and responsibilities, compensation, benefits, schedules, working conditions, or promotion opportunities. Address employee relations issues, such as harassment allegations, work complaints, or other employee concerns. Manage company policies and procedures in the areas of recruitment, personnel policies and procedures, regulatory compliance, and benefits and compensation. Specific tasks: • Process, verify, and maintain personnel related documentation, including staffing, recruitment, training, grievances, performance evaluations, classifications, and employee leaves of absence. • Conduct company specific Basic Indoctrination training to new employees to explain company personnel policies, benefits, and procedures to employees. • Comply with the requirements of the Pilot Record Improvement Act of 1996 (PRIA) as required by the Federal Aviation Administration. • Implement the company’s Drug and Alcohol Policy and ensure compliance with the requirements of the Department of Transportation and the Federal Aviation Administration’s Drug and Alcohol Misuse and Prevention Program. • Review staffing needs, handle and facilitate recruitment in accordance with company procedures and CNMI and U.S. Labor requirements. Process and review employment applications to evaluate qualifications or eligibility of applicants. • Coordinate with various departments to facilitate and conduct training as necessary. • Record data for each employee, including such information as addresses, weekly earnings, absences, amount of sales or production, supervisory reports on performance, and dates of and reasons for terminations. • Confer with management to develop or implement personnel policies or procedures. • Examine employee files to answer inquiries and provide information for personnel actions. Answer questions regarding examinations, eligibility, salaries, benefits, and other pertinent information. • Perform other related duties assigned by the supervisor. |

| Qualification Requirements: | Require a four-year bachelor's degree, but some do not. A considerable amount of work-related skill, knowledge, or experience is needed for these occupations. Employees in these occupations usually need several years of work-related experience, on-the-job training, and/or vocational training. Many of these occupations involve coordinating, supervising, managing, or training others. • Associates degree in Psychology, Human Resources Management, or Behavioral Science. Bachelor degree highly preferred. • With recent 2 years experience in Human Resources, or Personnel administration. Experience working in a US Air Carrier as defined in 14 CFR 119 highly preferred. • Proficient in Windows with advanced skills on Word, Excel, and Powerpoint. • Proficient in English, written and oral communications. • Must be willing and able to work flexible hours (including holidays) as may be required by the company. • Highly motivated, hardworking, and able to adapt to a multi-cultural environment. |
