Job Title: Director of Customer Service
Job Duties: Supervise the work of office, administrative, or customer service employees to ensure adherence to quality standards, deadlines, and proper procedures, correcting errors or problems. Resolve customer complaints or answer customers' questions regarding policies and procedures. Provide employees with guidance in handling difficult or complex problems or in resolving escalated complaints or disputes. Review records or reports pertaining to activities such as production, payroll, or shipping to verify details, monitor work activities, or evaluate performance. Discuss job performance problems with employees to identify causes and issues and to work on resolving problems. Oversees the company’s stations operations, ensuring the daily performance of company goals and standards. Specific tasks: • Responsible for the hiring, appointing and training of the Station Leads and Cargo Manager. • Coordinates day-to-day airline activities with the Director of Operations and the Director of Maintenance. • Directs and oversees the marketing and sales effort for passengers and cargo relative to the local business market. • Coordinates with the Accounting Department personnel in their duties relative to budget preparation. Monitors departmental budget performance. • Prepare staff work schedules and assign specific duties. • Monitor suppliers to ensure that they efficiently and effectively provide needed goods or services within budgetary limits.

Qualification Requirements: Require training in vocational schools, related on-the-job experience, or an associate's degree.Previous work-related skill, knowledge, or experience is required for these occupations. Employees in these occupations usually need one or two years of training involving both on-the-job experience and informal training with experienced workers.These occupations usually involve using communication and organizational skills to coordinate, supervise, manage, or train others to accomplish goals. • High school graduate; Bachelor’s degree in business, commerce or related field highly preferred. • With at least 2 years of experience in a managerial or supervisory capacity in the field of customer service/relations. Experience working for a US air carrier as defined in 14 CFR 119 preferred. • Must be flexible and able to travel and oversee station operations in airports covered by the company’s route structure. • Must be flexible and available to work a combination of shifts within a 24 hour period (including weekends and holidays) as may be required by the company. • Experience working in a multi-cultural environment preferred. • Computer literate. Proficient in Microsoft Office applications. • Ability to speak Mandarin preferred. • Desirable personality traits: With excellent written and oral communication skills, highly organized, able to plan, multi-task and work well under pressure, with pleasing personality, calming presence, and good personal presentation.
