| Job Duties: | To direct, control and manage staffs, prepare work schedules of employees and staffs, assign work activities, prepare monthly production report to the management. Confer with the company officials to develop methods and procedures to increase sales, expand marketrs, and promote business, listen and resolve customers disputes regarding servies, product or personnel, provide stadff with assistance in performing difficult duties, monitor sales staff performance to ensure the goal of the corporation is met, formulate pricing policies in accordance with the profitability requirements, and other related duties that maybe deemed assigned. |
