| Job Duties: | Providing services. • Review sales and activity reports, and other performance data to measure productivity and goal achievement and to determine areas need improvement. • Determine parts and services to be sold, and set prices and credit terms, based on forecasts of customer demand. • Locate, select, and procure merchandise for sale, specifically products from Asia Pacific, USA, Japan, Korea, and China representing management in purchase negotiations. • Develop, present, or respond to proposals for specific customer requirements, including request for proposal responses and industry-specific solutions. • Sell products requiring extensive technical expertise and support for installation and use, such as material handling equipment, numerical-control machinery, and computer systems. • Prepare and deliver technical presentations that explain products or services to customers and prospective customers. • Make progress reports – monthly and quarterly for the products on stock and on sale |
