| Job Duties: | Monitor and maintain the computer systems and networks including installation of surveillance camera and systems of all company’s locations. Install and configure computer systems, diagnose hardware and software faults and solve technical and applications problems, either over the phone or in person. Responsible for smooth running of computer systems, network connection stability and ensuring users get efficient surveillance monitoring service. Communicate with staff through a series of actions, either face-to-face or over the telephone, to help set up systems or resolve issues. Replacing parts as required; providing support, including procedural documentation and relevant reports; rapidly establishing a good working relationship with customers and other professionals, conducts electrical safety checks on computer equipment. Do other related duties as assign from time to time. |
