| Job Duties: | Receives and confirms reservation via telephone, fax or email from guests or travel agents inclusive of online bookings. Reports to and works for the supervisor on duty. Deals with room-related inquiries, requests and complaints from guests or travel agents. Inputs/edits reservation information accurately in the property management systems. Coordinates with other departments concerned and provides an updated room status in a timely manner to ensure the hotel activities, and performs other related duties as assigned. |

| Qualification Requirements: | Must have a high school diploma or equivalent. Some related administrative work experience required preferably in a large-volume full service hotel. Knowledge of hotel property management systems preferred. Proficiency in MS Office required. Concentration, alertness and attention to detail required. Ability to speak, read and write in English and perform mathematical calculations. Fluency in Mandarin, Japanese and/or Korean is preferred. Ability to function, work and communicate well in a team effectively. Regular attendance required. Ability to work a flexible schedule including weekends and holidays. |
