| Job Duties: | Performs combination of record keeping pertaining to business transactions, inclusive of calculating, posting and verifying AR, AP, taxes, payroll, financial reporting to obtain data for use in maintaining financial records of the hotel. Sorts financial documents such as sales reports, requisitions, invoices and checks to sustain business transactions. Coordinates with other departments to ensure the hotel activities, and performs other related duties as assigned. |

| Qualification Requirements: | Must be a college graduate in accountancy. Minimum 1 or 2 years experience in accounting required preferably in a large-volume full service hotel. Knowledge of accepted accounting practices and principles required. Proficiency in computer accounting systems and MS Office required. Ability to observe a problem, determine its cause and work out a solution. Concentration, alertness and attention to detail required. Ability to read, write in English and perform mathematical calculations. Ability to function, work and communicate well in a team effectively. Regular attendance required. Ability to work a flexible schedule including weekends and holidays. |
