| Job Duties: | Responsible for preparing, cooking, and garnishing foods required of his Kitchen Section. Cooks foods following established standards and/or standard recipes with or without supervision. Keeps informed about Hotel occupancy, daily/weekly specials, and banquet functions. Cooks Asian cuisine. Sets up mis-en place daily by cutting and preparing food stuffs and ingredients as needed. Measures and mixes ingredients in accordance with standard recipes using available utensils and equipment. Discusses and memorizes new items/recipes with supervisor and should keep his/her own record book. maintains absolute cleanliness of work area. Carries out all reasonable and/or perform other duties as assigned by Managers, and Operations Director. |
