| Job Duties: | Assist the Beverage & Restaurant Manager in planning, organizing, directing and maintaining the overall Bar / Restaurant operation of the outlet. Responsible for efficient preparation, mixing and serving quality alcoholic or non-alcoholic beverage drinks according to standard recipe manual. Providing food and beverage service to all guests/costumers, ensuring maximum satisfaction and increased departmental revenue in a manner consistent with standards and in line with established operating policies and procedures. To perform other duties as assigned by Managers. |
