| Job Duties: | Compile employee time, and payroll data from time sheets. Compute wages and deductions, and enter data into computers. Process and issue employee paychecks and statements of earnings and deductions. Review time sheets, work charts, wage computation, and other information to detect and reconcile payroll discrepancies Process paperwork for new employees and enter employee information into the payroll system. Keep track of leave time, such as vacation, personal, and sick leave, for employees. Keep informed about changes in tax and deduction laws that apply to the payroll process. Prepare and balance period-end reports, and reconcile issued payrolls to bank statements. Record employee information to maintain and update payroll records. To perform such other duties as may be assigned and related to the general maintenance, repairs, cleaning, and operations of Pacific Subsea. |

| Qualification Requirements: | Must have computer knowledge. Able to use Microsoft words, excel. Degree in tourism or business is an advantage and 1 year Experience in tourism or customer relations. Ability to communicate in a clear and concise manner. Ability to understand and take reservations from different nationalities. Applicants must be physically able to perform efficiently the duties of the position at sea and ashore. Applicant with flexible working schedule: day shift, weekend and holidays. Schedule is at the discretion of the Manager. Chinese/Japanese/Korean speaking preferred. Applicant must substantiate through documentation proof of specialized training and experience. |

| Comments: | Pacific Subsea Saipan Inc. operates 4 passenger vessels including one tourist submersible engaged in tourism. All vessels are operated according to federal regulations (CFR) for passenger vessels. In order to qualify for the positions all applicants will be required to submit to pre-employment drug testing and enter into a ongoing drug testing program, additionally applicants possesses CPR and basic first aid certification complying with DOT/USCG as required per 46CFR.
