| Job Duties: | Determine and formulate policies and provide overall direction of the company within guidelines set up by the Board of Directors. Plan, direct and coordinate operational activities with the help of subordinate managers. Responsible for overall client operations. Implement projects to promote and support the success and profitability of the company, mostly in promotion in Korean market. Ensure that there are no complaints from clients and provides quality management based on the expectations from clients. Create and complete monthly client contract reports. Perform other duties and responsibilities as required or as assigned. |
