| Job Title: | TERMINAL OPERATIONS SUPERVISOR |
| Job Duties: | *Focus on leading and developing the skills of agents/specialists with the goal of delivering consistent and excellent customer service And delivering a quality product in according with Company guidelines; Ensure consistency on operational and service delivery; Develop and support standard work and continuous improvement processes; Set expectations for agents/specialists and gain commitment to act in accordance with the Company goals and objectives; Oversee and support the performance of the team; Supervise and coordinate the activities of ground crew in the loading, unloading, securing, and staging of aircraft cargo or baggage. Serves as subject matter expert on safety, services and procedures; Serve as the Senior Load Planning Specialist. Prepare monthly flight activity reports; Perform other duties and responsibilities as may be required. |

| Qualification Requirements: | *Associate's degree in related field; A few months to 1 year equivalent work experience; Specific airline certification as load planner; Sufficient mathematical skills to perform manual weight and balance calculations Thorough knowledge in all areas of ramp, cargo and flight operations; Knowledgeable in FAA, ICAO, IATA, TSA, local airport and airline regulations; Excellent written and oral communication skills; Conflict resolution and decision-making with the ability to lead is required; Must be flexible to work any shift in a 24/7 operation, including nights, weekends and holidays; Must have a valid CNMI driver's license; Successful completion of interview required to meet job qualification; Reliable, punctual attendance is an essential function of the position. |
