| Job Duties: | *Assist in the supervision and coordination of all cargo operation functions and ensure these activities are performed in a safe manner in accordance and in compliance with all established Company, regulatory and local regulations. Ensure the team has the appropriate resources available and holds them accountable for the work assigned/performed. Assist to develop and support standard work and continuous improvement processes. Oversee and support the performance of the team. Report to Terminal Operations Supervisor for any issues or concerns. Perform other duties and responsibilities as may be required or assigned. |

| Qualification Requirements: | *Associate’s Degree in related field or comparable work experience preferred. Six months to one year equivalent work experience. Knowledge in all areas of cargo operations; Knowledgeable in FAA, ICAO, IATA, TSA, local airport and airline regulations; Conflict resolution and decision-making with the ability to lead is required; Excellent written and oral communication skills; Computer literate with good typing skills; Must be able to operate forklift and other cargo-handling equipment. Must be able to lift 70 pounds and carry it for at least 100 yards with or without using a trolley. Must be flexible to work any shift in a 24/7 operation, including nights, weekends and holidays, Must have a valid CNMI driver's license, Successful completion of interview required to meet job qualification, Reliable, punctual attendance is an essential function of the position. |
