| Job Duties: | *Reviews and approves the following: Completeness and propriety of disbursements, Bank reconciliation statements, Propriety of journal vouchers and sufficiency of supporting documents, Debit/credit notes and monthly reconciliation of inter-company accounts; Reviews tax returns prior review and approval of the General Manager/Vice President for Finance; Ensures timely submission of period financial statements and related reports, supporting notes and schedules and other reports as required by management, government or other agencies; Reviews purchases in accordance with the limits of authority set forth within the company's purchasing policies; Maintains efficient and balanced cash-flow; Monitors the timely filing of quarterly, semi-annual and annual tax requirements under the CNMI laws; Prepares revenue and expense budget in coordination with the General Manager and Vice President for Finance; Performs other duties and responsibilities as may be required or assigned. |

| Qualification Requirements: | *College degree with financial management major and 3 years of progressive financial management experience in the Airline industry is desirable but not required; Minimum of 3 years’ experience in directing the monthly closing of books, preparation of financial reports, financial forecast/budgets, doing financial analysis and implementing cash management activities. Excellent communication and strong interpersonal skills to manage people. Proficient in the use of SAP R3 Financial and Controlling (FICO) system, Peachtree and Microsoft Office software. Must be able to work under time pressure and can work flexible hours. |
