| Job Duties: | Responsible for reviewing and analyzing, creating and sending invoices to customers, applying cash receipts on a daily basis, reconciling advance deposits and accounts receivable ledger, responding to guest queries, specially travel agents, liaising with Comptroller for credit disputes and inquiries. Receives funds from customers and employees, disburses funds and records monetary transactions in business establishment or place of public accommodations. Receives cash, checks or completes credit card transactions. Counts money to verify amounts and issues receipts for funds received. Endorses checks and cash lists totals for bank deposits. Willing to perform other duties/functions that the Auditing manager and Accounting manager may assign to do so. |
