| Job Duties: | Performs specialized techniques that help relax and manipulate muscles. Massuers work in a variety of fielsd, and they include sports medicine, reflexology and aromatherapy. May specialize in a from of maasge, like deep tissue or sports massage. Locate painful and tense body parts. Then manipulate the muscles and other soft tissues in those areas to help allevaite pain and tension. Teach different stretches and postures that alleviate tension, promote relaxation and build muscle strength. |
