| Job Duties: | Job Summary: The IT Business Solutions Specialist acts as the IT business representative in finding the best technical solutions for our customer’s needs through presentations, demonstrations and discussions. The Specialist continues to research and update him or herself on emerging technologies to find the best technical equipment that will add efficiency and effectiveness to an organization. Essential Duties and Responsibilities: The Employee will perform some or all of the following duties: 1. Know and uphold the established corporate Mission, policies and procedures, Corporate and Office objectives, quality assurance and safety programs and standards. 2. Work with the enterprise sales team as the IT representative on selling and pitching the company's managed IT services. 3. Work with customers in determining data and information needs and in determining the use of information to aid them in business decisions. 4. Serve as a liaison between the end users and IT Department staff 5. Analyze information needs, create and maintain ad hoc and ongoing reports, and maintain internal databases for related functional information. 6. Perform statistical and other data analysis and interpret analysis results. 7. Research emerging technologies to decide if installing them can increase the organization's efficiency and effectiveness. 8. Devise ways to add new functionality to existing computer systems 9. Oversee the installation and configuration of new systems to customize them for the organization. |
