| Job Title: | Assistant Manager, Sales & Marketing (Korea Market) |
| Job Duties: | Prepare quotes, contracts and RFP/RFI responses for potential customers. Maintain all quote documentation with accurate pricing and configurations. Maintain all sales demonstration tools and applications. Develop and deliver sales presentations in a professional and effective manner. Develop technical presentations for potential customers. Maintain up-to-date awareness of company activities, industry trends and government regulations. Arrange and supervise Guest Service Attendants in providing proper and respectful guest service. Develop and analyze hotel room and golf reservation status reports. Assist Sales & Marketing Manager in scheduling staff. Professionally communicate with, assist, and address concerns of members, agencies, and FIT guests for reservations and other services. Assist Sales & Marketing Manager to arrange and carry out facility inspection, including hotel rooms, restaurant, and golf course, with accurate descriptions for travel agencies. Instruct and supervise Reservation Agents in operational procedures and proper systems per management directives. Coordinate with other departments to accommodate special events and/or activities for MICE groups. Contribute to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed. |
