| Job Duties: | Directly supervise and coordinate the activitiesof mechanics, installer, and repairers. Determine schedules, sequences, and assignments for work activities, based on work priority, quantity of equipment, and skill of personnel. Inspect and monitor work areas, examine tools and equipment, provide employee safety training to prevent, detect, and correct unsafe conditions or violations of procedures and safety rules. Investigate accident or injuries and prepare reports of findingss. Monitor employee work levels and review work performance. Work with the employee in solving such problem in a certain project. Supervise the whole project in repairing airconditioning system of residences or commercial building. |

| Qualification Requirements: | 1-3 years working experience. Must know heating, ventilation and airconditioning job (HVAC). Know how to diagnose and repair heating and ventilating machine. Good in diagnosing problem in airconditioning system. Certification from previous employer. Drug test and Police clearance is required upon pre employment.
