| Job Duties: | Duties: • Familiarization and training for new deck crew employees. Safety familiarization. • Yachts document control sheet annual report (flag, class, management, SOPEP & safety documents). Maintaining up to date data base of electronic copies of the certifications of all yachts of the fleet. Preparation for the annual inspections of management company, Class and Flag, US Coast Guard for the fleet. • Monthly checks of safety equipment, medical store, safety equipment logbooks, keep all safety and medical equipment up to date, orders of expired equipment, annual inspections of safety equipment with third companies. • Monthly safety drills organization, reports. Station bill updates. • Charts, chief officer and radio logbook updating. • Organization and maintenance of fleet deck crew storage onboard (bosun lockers) and ashore (designated storage of deck supplies for the fleet). All the goods for deck works as cleaning, polishing, painting etc. organized, categorized and inventoried. • Inventory and maintenance of water sports and fishing equipment. • Ordering supplies for deck department: quotations, approvals, orders, local and outside suppliers, keep all fleet deck department supplies in stock. • Coordination of deck department: daily routine works, master work lists, tasks accomplishment control, working schedule, watch duty schedule, cruise organization, water sports coordination. Comply with all safety standards for each operation. • Assisting as a boat driver for the fishing cruises on Azimut, 65’+. |
