| Job Title: | Human Resources Generalist |
| Job Duties: | Oversees day to day operations of the Human Resources office, provides a wide variety of both complex and routine administrative services, including formulation and implementation of HR policies and procedures, programs and all manpower related matters and supports operating units by solving performance problems. Maintains HR Information system records and compile reports from database; maintains compliance with federal and local laws concerning employment; participates in developing department goals, objectives and systems, participates in administrative staff meeting, attends other HR related meetings and seminars; protects the value of company by keeping confidential information; assist in the processing of new employee hires and out-processing of former employees, conducts orientation of company handbook; maintains department, employee human resources and employee benefits file; track the completion of introductory and annual performance reviews; assist or encode biometrics timekeeping records; updates job knowledge by participating in educational opportunities, maintaining professional networks; develop HR solutions by collecting, analyzing and summarizing data, trends or results; Conducts researches, trainings and seminars for organizational development; Coordinates general office coordination and arrange corporate and events and group travels. Performs all other HR functions and related duties as required and assigned. |

| Qualification Requirements: | Bachelors degree in Business Management or HR, three (3) years experience and/or training or equivalent combination of education and experience. PHR certified a plus. With excellent communication skills (oral and written)Knowledge, skills and ability to perform the HR essential functions. Should have knowledge of Microsoft Office, MS Word Processing, MS Excel spreadsheet, and HR database. with valid CNMI drivers license. (The HR Generalist position requires considerable preparation, education and/or experience. A pre-employment test will be required.) |
