Job Title: Director of Operations
Job Duties: The Director of Operations is responsible for planning, directing and evaluating medical activities within the clinic. The major component of this position is to deliver high-quality patient services by managing the efficiencies of employees to ensure that they are functioning productively. DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES: • Plans, implements, manages and evaluates operation processes and procedures, in accordance with the standards and procedures set out by the organization and healthcare standards. • Ensures that operational processes are within the agreed budgets and timelines. • Assists in developing strategies and implementation plans to improve and standardize all aspects of operations. • Tracks resource utilization and manages that data to assist with efficiencies of clinic operations. • Creates budget plans and contingency plans. • Directs and oversees the billing and revenue cycle functions of the clinic and is accountable for the development implementation of business processes that meet or exceed expectations. • In collaboration with clinic management, assists with the development of long-term visions, strategies and related plans to improve business operations services for patients, providers and healthcare partners. • Assists with the hiring and managing of staff. • Follows all HIPAA guidelines and maintains confidentiality at all times. • Performs other related duties as assigned.

Qualification Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Healthcare Administration or relevant field; Master’s degree in Healthcare Administration preferred with five (5) years of relevant experience, including two (2) years in a Supervisory role. Must have good communication skills, critical thinking skills and be proficient with using computers with Microsoft Office software.
