Job Title: Business Analyst/Developer
Job Duties: Communicate with internal colleagues to understand the needs of departments and the organization as a whole. Work with external stakeholders to understand and investigate feedback into the service/function/product provided. Use data modelling practices to analyse findings and create suggestions for strategic and operational improvements and changes. Consider the opportunities and potential risks attached to the suggestions made. Identify the processes and information technology required to introduce recommendations. Gain agreement, usually from senior management, of the best method of introducing recommendations to the business. Communicate the benefits of recommendations across departments and help to address any uncertainty and concern. Produce written documentation to support work, report on findings and to present to stakeholders when necessary. Support the staff and teams in making the recommended changes, including helping to resolve any issues. Ensure plans are made and processes are created to evaluate the impact of the changes made, including taking responsibility for overseeing and reporting on this evaluation. Arranges project requirements in programming sequence by analyzing requirements; preparing a work flow chart and diagram using knowledge of computer capabilities, subject matter, programming language, and logic. Programs the computer by encoding project requirements in computer language; entering coded information into the computer. Confirms program operation by conducting tests; modifying program sequence and/or codes. Provides reference for use of prime and personal computers by writing and maintaining user documentation; maintaining a help desk. Maintains computer systems and programming guidelines by writing and updating policies and procedures. Maintains professional and technical knowledge by attending educational workshops; reviewing professional publications; establishing personal networks; participating in professional societies. Develops and maintains applications and databases by evaluating client needs; analyzing requirements; developing software systems. Administers database schema, backup and relationships.

Qualification Requirements: Business Analyst/Developer Associate's degree in computer science and programming with at least 2-3 years of progressive work-related experience in Information Technology. Must have experience in analyzing data to draw business-relevant conclusions and in data visualization techniques and tools. Solid experience in writing SQL queries. Basic knowledge in generating process documentation. Robust knowledge in developing web-based application and Mobile APPS. Strong written and verbal communication skills including technical writing skills. Experience working with System Builder.
