| Job Duties: | Responsible for the baking, decorating and overall presentation of all pastry products sold in the cafe. Make proper pre-bake, baking and post-bake procedures in a timely fashion and to achieve consistency and excellence in furnished product so as to provide customers with freshly baked product throughout the day |

| Qualification Requirements: | Requires a high school diploma or equivalent. Have at least one year of work related experience as a baker, work experience at a luxury hotel restaurant preferred. Have knowledge of food and hygiene regulations(HACCP). A team player and demonstrate organizational skills. Have excellent interpersonal skills and confidence. Have the ability to work in a fast paced environment. Flexible and willing to assist as needed to ensure all restaurant standards are met. Be able and willing to work in flexible shifts, days, evening, night, weekend and holidays. |
